Lucky3 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Lucky3" or "Platform": refers to the website lucky3.click, its subdomains, mobile apps, and all services made available under the Lucky3 brand.
• "User": any individual over 18 years of age who creates or uses a Lucky3 account in Brazil.
• "Account": each user's individual registration on the Lucky3 platform, linked to a unique CPF and a valid email address.
• "Balance": the amount available in the user's account for placing bets or making withdrawals, including real balance and bonus balance where applicable.
• "Bet": any transaction carried out by the user on the Lucky3 platform involving Sports Betting, casino games, poker, or any other available game type.
• "Bonus": an amount credited by Lucky3 as part of a promotion, subject to rollover requirements and the other rules described in Section 8 of these terms.
• "Rollover": the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in each promotion.
• "Pix": Brazil's Central Bank instant payment system, available for both deposits and withdrawals at Lucky3.

To create a Lucky3 account and use the platform's services, users must meet the following requirements:

• Have at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Lucky3 does not allow registration or use by minors under any circumstances.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a Valid and active CPF with the Federal Revenue Service.
• Provide a valid email address and an active Brazilian phone number for verification and communication purposes.
• Not appear on any restriction lists issued by the Banco Central do Brasil or be enrolled in any voluntary self-exclusion programs related to betting and gambling.
• Not be an employee, partner, or first-degree relative of an employee of Lucky3 or any partner company providing essential services to the platform.

The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration. Lucky3 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time and to suspend accounts whose information cannot be verified. Providing false information will result in immediate account cancellation and the withholding of any balances until the investigation is complete.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure — username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. Lucky3 strongly recommends using unique, strong passwords that are not shared with other services.

Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported immediately to Lucky3 support via live chat or by email at suporte@lucky3.click. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or granting account access to third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Users may update their account details at any time through the account dashboard, except for their CPF, which is permanent and tied to their identity.
• Lucky3 may request updated information or identity re-verification (KYC) in cases of unusual behavior changes, high-value withdrawal attempts, or regulatory requirements.
• Accounts with no activity for more than 24 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. Any existing real balance is preserved and remains available for withdrawal upon reactivation.

Lucky3 accepts the following deposit methods for users in Brazil:

• Pix: instant processing, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Minimum amount of R$ 10.00.
• Boleto bancário: processed within 3 business days of payment. Minimum amount of R$ 20.00.
• Credit or debit card: processed immediately for cards issued by Brazilian banks. Visa and Mastercard accepted.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: processed immediately upon authorization in the corresponding digital wallet.
• TED Transfer: available for Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil accounts, with processing within 1 business day.

All deposits must originate from accounts held in the Lucky3 account holder's own name. Deposits from third parties are declined and the amount returned to the sender after review. Lucky3 does not accept cash deposits, payment orders, checks, or any other method not listed above.

Withdrawals at Lucky3 are processed exclusively via Pix, to the Pix key registered under the account holder's name. Timeframes and limits vary by VIP Program level:

• Standard and VIP Silver customers: processed within 15 minutes of the request.
• VIP Gold: processed within 5 minutes.
• VIP Platinum and Diamond: priority processing, typically in under 2 minutes.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. The balance available for withdrawal corresponds to the real balance, excluding any bonus balance not yet converted through rollover. Lucky3 may request supporting documents before processing withdrawals exceeding R$ 10,000.00 or in cases where account activity is flagged as unusual by our compliance systems.

Withdrawals cannot be made to third-party accounts. The destination Pix key must be linked to the CPF of the Lucky3 account holder. In the event of a discrepancy, the withdrawal is suspended pending identity verification.

Sports Betting at Lucky3 covers football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and other domestic and international competitions), volleyball (men's and women's Superliga, Nations League, Olympics, beach volleyball), basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, e-sports, and over 20 additional sports.

• All bets are binding once confirmed by the system. Confirmed bets cannot be unilaterally cancelled by the user, except where Cash Out is available for that specific market.
• The minimum amount per bet is R$ 1.00. The maximum amount varies by market and competition, as shown on the bet screen before confirmation.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event are automatically cancelled and the amount is returned to the user's balance, except in live markets where live betting is expressly permitted.
• If an event is officially canceled by the relevant governing body (CBF, FIVB, UFC, etc.) before its conclusion, all bets are voided and stakes are refunded in full.
• For accumulator bets where one or more selections are canceled, the calculation is recalculated as if the canceled selection had odds of 1.00.

Lucky3 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any specific user at any time based on risk analysis, without prior notice or justification.

Lucky3's casino games — including slots, European, French, and American roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and live dealer tables — are powered by a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent laboratory. The RTP for each game is available in the game description within the platform.

• The specific rules for each game are displayed within the game itself before any round begins. It is the user's responsibility to read them before placing a bet.
• At live tables, the HD broadcast of a real dealer replaces the virtual RNG. Results captured by the camera are final and not subject to dispute.
• If a technical failure occurs during a round — such as a connection drop, server error, or live stream interruption — the round is voided and the staked amount refunded, or the round is completed based on the server state recorded at the moment of the failure, whichever is technically feasible and more favorable to the user.
• Poker at Lucky3 is played in cash game and tournament formats. The specific rules for each format are available in the poker section of the platform. For tournaments, the rules published at registration are binding.

Lucky3 offers a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, weekly VIP Program cashback, free spins, and themed promotions tied to sporting events such as the Brasileirão and the Copa do Brasil. Each promotion has specific terms published at launch, which take precedence over any general rules in the event of a conflict.

General rules that apply to all Lucky3 bonuses:

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. It must be converted into real balance by meeting the rollover requirement specified in each promotion.
• The standard rollover for deposit bonuses is 10x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50. Specific promotions may have different rollover requirements, always published in the offer's terms.
• Casino bets may contribute differently toward rollover completion compared to sports bets. The contribution percentage for each bet type is stated in the promotion's terms.
• Unclaimed bonuses expire in 7 calendar days from the credit date, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• The VIP Program cashback is calculated on net losses from the previous week and credited every Monday. There is no rollover on cashback — it goes directly to your real balance.
• Using bonuses on arbitrage bets, low-risk bets with odds close to 1.00, or any strategy that constitutes bonus abuse is prohibited. Bets that violate this rule may be voided.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Lucky3 platform and is subject to immediate suspension, bet cancellation, and balance retention pending investigation:

• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to accumulate bonuses or circumvent betting limits (multi-accounting).
• Use automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform in any automated way.
• Place bets on events whose outcome is already known (insider information).
• Betting on both sides of the same market across different accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome (malicious arbitrage).
• Use Lucky3's services for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any other purpose that violates Brazilian law.
• Provide false documents or fraudulent information during the registration or identity verification process.
• Intentionally attempt to exploit bugs or technical errors on the platform to gain an undue financial advantage.

Lucky3 fully cooperates with Brazilian regulatory and public security authorities in investigations of suspicious activity, in accordance with legal anti-money laundering obligations (Law No. 9,613/1998 and supplementary COAF/BACEN regulations).

Lucky3 may suspend or close an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmed suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity, identified through internal analysis or reported by authorities.
• User-requested account closure or permanent self-exclusion through the Responsible Gambling panel.
• Judicial or regulatory order.

When an account is closed due to a terms violation, any bonus balance is cancelled immediately. The real balance is retained and made available for withdrawal once the investigation process is complete, unless withheld by legal order or confirmed fraud.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time through the settings panel or by contacting Lucky3 support. Requests are processed within 48 business hours. Any pending withdrawals are completed before the account is closed.

Lucky3 processes users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). The key points regarding data processing are:

• We collect only the data necessary to provide our services: full name, CPF, date of birth, email, phone number, address, and financial information for transaction processing.
• Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• We share data with technical service providers (payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers) strictly for operational purposes, under confidentiality agreements and in compliance with the LGPD.
• You have the right to request the correction, deletion, or export of your personal data at any time through the account panel or via suporte@lucky3.click.
• All data is stored on servers with 256-bit SSL encryption and access restricted to authorized staff.

Lucky3 believes that betting should be a controlled form of entertainment. That's why we provide the following tools directly in the account dashboard, with no need to contact support:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once configured, the limit can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limit: set an alert or automatic block after a certain number of consecutive hours on the platform.
• Temporary break: pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days with a single click. The pause cannot be reversed before the selected period ends.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure at the user's own request. Any available real balance will be returned via Pix before the account is closed.

Lucky3 employs all reasonable technical measures to ensure the availability, security, and integrity of the platform. However, we are not liable for:

• Losses resulting from the user's internet connection failures, issues with the user's device, or the unavailability of third-party services (mobile carriers, banks, internet service providers).
• Betting decisions made by the user based on incorrect information obtained outside the official Lucky3 platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their password and credentials.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, external cyberattacks, or force majeure events.

Lucky3's maximum liability to any user, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount of the real balance held in the user's account at the time the liability-triggering event occurs.

Lucky3 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect regulatory, product, or internal policy changes. When this occurs:

• The user will be notified via their registered email address at least 7 days in advance before the new terms take effect.
• A prominent notification will be displayed within the platform during the transition period.
• Continued use of the platform after the new version takes effect constitutes implied acceptance of the updated terms.
• If the user does not agree with the changes, they must close their account before the effective date, as described in Section 10.

A version history of the Terms and Conditions is available upon request from Lucky3 support. The version currently in effect is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with particular reference to:

• Law No. 13.756/2018 — regulation of fixed-odds betting in Brazil.
• Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD) — personal data protection.
• Law No. 9.613/1998 — anti-money laundering.
• Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990) — governing the consumer relationship between Lucky3 and its users.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly with Lucky3 support will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the District Court of São Paulo/SP, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
